FAQ

How does per-user, per-workspace billing work?

You pay for each active user in each workspace. If a teammate belongs to 3 workspaces, each workspace pays for their seat — we are transparent about this on signup. Users inactive for 14+ days are not billed (Fair Billing Policy).

Why does Free cap at one workspace?

The Free tier is for evaluating the product on a single small team. Once you upgrade any workspace to Basic or Pro, you can create as many additional workspaces as you need.

What happens when I hit the 5,000-message Free cap?

Posting is paused until you upgrade — your existing messages aren't deleted, and search continues to work within the 30-day window. Active small teams typically hit the cap within a month or two and upgrade to Basic to keep going.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Annual prepay is about 17% off and can be applied at any time. Switching to annual is pro-rated against your remaining month.

What happens if I exceed my AI usage limits?

Agents stop responding until the next UTC day. Both the per-user daily token cap and the workspace-wide daily token cap apply: a single power user can't burn through the whole workspace's budget, and a workspace full of active users can't either. Upgrade for higher caps.

Do you charge for guests or bots?

Guests in a single channel are free. AI agents (system and custom) never count against your seat count.

Where is my data hosted?

Primary regions today are US, Frankfurt, and Singapore. Pro tier offers data-residency selection. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
